Q: How do I register on the website so I can purchase products?
A:
At the very top of every page is our Account nav bar. Click on the "Register" link. This will take you to the "New Member Registration" page. Simply fill out the form and click the "Register" button at the bottom of the form. Take note of the email address and password you registered as that will be your Member/Login ID and Password to log into the site when you visit.

Q: What methods are available for placing my order?
A:
Not only can you place your order securely online, but you also have 3 additional options to place your order with us:

Download and print our standard order form and mail it to us at the address on the form.
 
Fax your order form to 1-800-382-8564
 
Place your order over the phone by calling us at 1-800-774-8204.

You can also request our 48-page full color "Country Music Greats" catalog to be sent to you for FREE! Included with each catalog is an order form you can mail or fax into us.
 
   
   
Q: I live outside North America but I want to place my order by phone. What phone number can I call?
A:
If you live outside of the North America but would like to place your order by phone, simply call us direct at 1-615-298-4338.
 
   
   
Q: What if I order an item that is backordered or no longer available?
A:
If you happen to order an item that is presently on backorder, we will notify you by e-mail. All "in-stock" items on your order will ship immediately and all backordered items will be "reserved" for you. When we receive the backordered items, they will be shipped out that day or the following business day at no additional cost to you.

As for items that are no longer available, occasionally a title will be taken out of production due to circumstances beyond our control. Titles may be discontinued by vendors before we have a chance to remove them from our website. If you order one of these items, we will notify you by e-mail and you will not be charged for the discontinued item. In many instances we can make suggestions for another title that is available that is comparable to the item you originally ordered.

By mail we accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders and all Major Credit Cards. By Phone or Online we accept Credit Card orders only.

How do I know that you received my order?
A:
Once you place your order, you will receive a follow up e-mail at the address you registered that confirms the placement of your order and the fact we have received it and will process it promptly.

How do I know when my order was shipped?
A:
Typical orders that can be filled, except in cases of backorders, ship within 24 to 48 hours of the order being placed. The time of arrival will depend upon your selected shipping method. Please check our shipping table for more information.

What is your policy for shipping outside the United States and its Territories?
A:
We will ship to most foreign countries via Air Mail. (You can check our Shipping Rates and Times here.) However, only orders can be sent to foreign addresses. At this time we do not ship our print catalog, "Country Music Greats," outside the U.S. and it's Territories.
